Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions will apply when buying from mimokids.co.uk. As with all terms and conditions, these get a bit technical. However, they are pretty standard and designed to enhance your e-shopping experience and make it as easy and secure as possible. By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to accept these Terms and conditions.

We may modify these Terms and conditions at any time, without notice. By your purchase, attempted purchase, sale or receipt of any merchandise from mimokids.co.uk, you indicate your consent to these Terms and conditions and hereby agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with the terms and conditions set out below, you should not use or access the website.

MIMO is owned and operated by Bianca Louet trading as MIMO. Registered VAT number 154396982. Mimokids.co.uk is the website of MIMO.

ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE

Purchases are available only to individuals who:
- can lawfully enter into and form contracts on the Internet in accordance with the laws of the United Kindom,
- have been issued a valid payment card by a bank acceptable to mimokids.co.uk and who have authorized us to process a charge or charges on their card in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise which they purchase,
- have a valid address to which merchandise can be delivered.

Customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, when ordering items, you will be required to provide payment details and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.

You warrant that all details you provide to mimokids.co.uk for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are true, accurate, current and complete in all respects; and that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover payment of the product(s) ordered.

It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid payment card to order. Anyone caught deliberately entering an incorrect or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

You agree that e-mail can be used as a long-distance means of communication.

By ordering or attempting to order merchandise at mimokids.co.uk, you expressly authorize MIMO, or its payment processor, to perform a one-time per purchase credit check. If you are under 18, you must let your parent or guardian know about these Conditions of Sale and your parent or guardian must register on your behalf.

If you decide to register with us, during the registration process, you must choose a username and password. You are responsible for all actions taken under that username and password and must only purchase from mimokids.co.uk under your own username and password. You must make every effort to keep your password safe and should not disclose it to anyone. If you think someone else might know it, you must change it. You may not transfer or sell your username to anyone, nor permit, either directly or indirectly, anyone to use your username or password. If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible.

ORDERS

All merchandise is sold on a first come, first served basis and is subject to availability. While MIMO cannot guarantee the availability of any product or products in stock, MIMO makes a good faith effort to only offer merchandise for sale that is in stock and available for dispatch. Final stock availability is assessed at time of shipping, not at time of purchase.

All prices listed on mimokids.co.uk are shown in UK pounds sterling and are correct at the time of entering the information, however, we reserve the right to change prices of any product at any time. All prices include sales tax. The total cost of your order is the price of the goods plus delivery charges as set out in the Delivery information section.

No contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and mimokids.co.uk until we accept your order by dispatching the product to you. When this happens we will confirm the acceptance by sending you an email.

This confirmation email will be sent to the email address given in your order form and will detail products ordered, payment method, cost (including VAT and P&P if applicable) and usual delivery times.

You must check all the details on this confirmation email are correct and contact us as soon as possible if any details are incorrect.

If your order has not been accepted, you will receive an email from us.

ORDER ONLINE

My Account

When you register and create your account with MIMO on mimokids.co.uk, you’ll be able to store or update all your addresses, manage your email preferences, maintain your wish lists and check your order history.

Check out

When you are done shopping, click “Checkout” to place your order. All of the items in your shopping basket appear in your order during checkout. If you don’t want to order all of the items, simply edit your shopping basket. During checkout, you will be asked to enter the following:

Your email address and password
The address you would like to ship to
Any gift options, if available
Your payment information, card type, number and expiration date

Placing an Order

You will have a chance to verify the information in checkout and, if no changes are necessary, proceed to “Checkout”. You will receive a confirmation e-mail that your order has been received within 24 hours. We will also send you another e-mail to notify you when your order has been shipped and that we’ve charged your card.

Please note that all orders placed on mimokids.co.uk are subject to acceptance. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason and will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances.

All orders are subject to availability. It is very rare that we run out of stock however if you order goods which are not available from stock, we will contact you by e-mail and you will have the option to wait until the goods are available from stock, or cancel your order.

Gift Orders

Gift wrap and gift message are available for an extra charge of £7.50. Just select the gift wrap option in the check out page and we’ll do the work for you. Gifts are wrapped in our purple tissue paper with our signature sticker. Everything is then placed in a beautiful box with silver ribbon and we can add a hand written gift card to make the perfect present for anyone.

Order Tracking

You can check the status of your order by logging into your account at the top of any page and clicking on “Order Tracking”. This will show you the progression of your order, including shipping status.

DISCOUNT VOUCHERS/CODES/OFFERS

Discount vouchers, codes and offers cannot be used on sale products.
All discount codes and vouchers cannot be used to redeem shipping charges. All minimum spend values on all discount codes & vouchers are based on the total value of goods in the shopping basket and are exclusive of shipping costs.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by all major credit carts via the website. Payment is taken directly with a payment card at checkout Sagepay. We will not charge your Payment Card until the product is in stock. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order. All Payment Card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.

We take all reasonable care to make our Site as secure as we can make it. All credit card transactions on this site are processed using a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. These details will be fully encrypted and only used to process card transactions which you have initiated.

DELIVERIES

Standard Delivery

Delivery is subject to stock availability and payment card authorisation. All orders are processed within 1-2 working days. Our standard postage is FREE.

All of our products are shipped using Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery and typically arrive within 2-5 days.

You can only ship to one address each time you checkout. If you are shopping for people at different addresses, you will need to place each order separately.

All parcels require a signature.

Your order will be delivered to the address that you provided when placing your order. MIMO cannot be held responsible for orders that are sent to an incorrect address as provided by you. If for any reason your parcel gets lost because of an incorrect address, we will do our best to help you but cannot be held responsible for lost parcels. We recommend that you get proof of postage from the post office for any returns you send to us, as the Post Office provides insurance on these items.

Next Day Delivery

Next Day Guaranteed Delivery is available at a cost of £7.50. Orders must be placed before 12pm for next day delivery.

International Orders

We are more than happy to post anywhere in Europe and you can order through our website. The cost is £10.00.

RETURN POLICY

We hope you’re completely happy with your new MIMO bespoke trousers, however, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied, a full refund (minus postage costs if applicable) can be completed within 7 days of purchase (shipment date) on unworn, unwashed, in its original condition and packaging merchandise.

To receive a refund, please contact MIMO at customercare@mimokids.co.uk and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number. Please provide your order number when you contact us. Please ship to us the merchandise for which you received an RMA and clearly indicate the RMA number on outside of the package. Returns received without a valid and clearly indicated RMA number will be returned to you at your expense. Upon receipt of your return merchandise, if your return merchandise is in New Condition, Mimo will issue you a full refund, minus shipping costs.

No refunds will be issued for sale merchandise. Please allow up to 10 working days from receipt for us to process your refund. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays in your return reaching our warehouse.

If an item is faulty or damaged please contact us immediately by email (contact@mimokids.co.uk) so that we can resolve the issue. We will refund all postage costs should an item be faulty.

You can cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch. Please contact us at customercare@mimokids.co.uk in the first instance to discuss this.
