We hope you’re completely happy with your new MIMO bespoke trousers, however, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied, a full refund (minus postage costs if applicable) can be completed within 7 days of purchase (shipment date) on unworn, unwashed, in its original condition and packaging merchandise.
To receive a refund, please contact MIMO at email@example.com and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number. Please provide your order number when you contact us. Please ship to us the merchandise for which you received an RMA and clearly indicate the RMA number on outside of the package. Returns received without a valid and clearly indicated RMA number will be returned to you at your expense. Upon receipt of your return merchandise, if your return merchandise is in New Condition, Mimo will issue you a full refund, minus shipping costs.

No refunds will be issued for sale merchandise. Please allow up to 10 working days from receipt for us to process your refund. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays in your return reaching our warehouse.
If an item is faulty or damaged please contact us immediately by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) so that we can resolve the issue. We will refund all postage costs should an item be faulty.
